FOR THE ATTENTION OF ALL BEST MANAGER PARTICIPANTS;
THE SILENCE BEFORE THE STORM
Let us
begin by saying that today’s feedback sessions and meetings were highly
productive. We would like to remind you that we’re doing the best we can to
improve and give you the best experience possible.
At the end
of the day, we are looking for people who are capable of withstanding extreme
pressure and stress AND delivering results without flinching. We want people to
be able to mentally prepare themselves for the future. There will be fests in
our college, other colleges, and most importantly, your corporate future. These
events have been designed to bring out the best in you.
There are
five more days and each day will progressively be tougher than the first. A
fair notice has now been given.
Best
Manager is all about heart, talent and hard work. There is no doubt that some
of you have exhibited these characteristics over the past three days and some
of you, let’s be frank, just don’t cut it (not yet, at least). Here’s your
chance to make things right and redeem yourselves. Assignments will be
a-plenty, tasks will be exhausting, our demeanours may change at the drop of a
hat, and some of you may experience insomnia first-hand. But how you deal with
it will determine the outcome on the 16th of November, 2013. Brace
yourselves.
There will
be no assignments or case studies tonight. When you go to sleep tonight, sleep
on a decision. Do you want to be THE BEST MANAGER? If no, there is absolutely
no need for you to turn up at the MBA Panel Room tomorrow at 1.45 p.m. If you
know what you’re capable of, if you know your worth, fight to be the best!
THINK and choose wisely.
Regards
Best
Manager Coordinators
